BHRC’s new “Friends of the Bar Human Rights Committee” scheme offers barristers’ chambers the opportunity to support our vital international human rights work, alongside BHRC’s standard membership for individuals.
Our aim is to build greater links with chambers and with members of the profession more generally, to promote greater knowledge of our work, and also better harness the broad and diverse skills within the wider profession. The scheme will provide much-needed funds to support BHRC’s core work in upholding and promoting human rights.
Friends of BHRC receive our monthly updates, which include human rights events and project updates, and are recognised as a Friend on BHRC’s website, and in our publications.
At just £500 a year, becoming a Friend of BHRC makes a real difference to the important international human rights work we do on behalf of the Bar.
