BHRC is now taking nominations and secondments for its Executive and for its Chair until 24 November. All members of BHRC are entitled to stand for membership of the Executive and/or to vote.

Anyone interested in running for the Executive generally or the Chair position specifically should submit their nomination to BHRC Executive Officer Amanda June Chadwick (coordination@barhumanrights.org.uk) and include a brief statement on why they want to serve on the Executive (no more than 500 words for Executive nominations and 750 words for Chair nominations). All nominations must be seconded by another member of BHRC.

All other officer positions will be elected by the incoming Executive. All candidates wishing to stand for one of the other Officer positions should indicate this in their nomination.

Written notice of the list of candidates shall be sent out to all members on 27 November with voting closing on 11 December.

Election results will be announced in December.
